Prepare the Package

Securely pack your items in the original shipping box or a similar durable mailer, ensuring all original tags are still attached.

Label and Ship

Download and print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, attach it to the outside of your package, and drop it off at any authorized courier location.

Processing and Refund

Once our warehouse receives and inspects your return, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
